We bought a Toyota convertible and found 5 five additional problems. 1. Dealer did not answer accuately that the new models were in the lot so my friend that I recommended got a 1 year newer one one week later.
2. We were told the interest rate would be adjusted one month and not stay at the high rate they charged us. We found that Toyota financial was not doing that.
3. We were to trade a car to get the one but the deal was not done till the next day at a big difference in the price.
4. The trade in value because of the one extra year of depreciation was one of our biggest loses in a car.
5. Once we signed the papers they stated that we gave up our rights to cancel even if they did not do what they said. The dealer said we signed it and had no recourse because it was "our car" I traded it in to Mercedes and they rolled the loss into my new C300 Mercedes, love it except it needs beepers in the front and back and a higher spoilerspace in the front. Please tell the Palm Beach Florida Toyota dealer send me more offers as I will never buy a Toyota nor recommend it to anyone I know.
