Kids Teams
Team effort is the cornerstone of success.
That is the reason the human element and not "Cash Value" in a team effort is the determining factor in the future success of any kid.
It is an obvious fact, that those have achievements in this world might want to protect their own interests by creating rules that will hinder others from prospering from/or obtaining the same level of achievements.
However, Kids who make commitments deserve the "First Rights."That is why we organize the reasons for our goal with a plan on how to accomplish it.
Ironically, the direction desired may be exactly what they are trying to preserve.
The major concept should be expansive.
The goal is for each person to augment to a variety of arts, which is more effective than individual moves at a lower level of completion. For optimum results, a teacher realized that the best students are the best informed.We still realize that an informed student eliminates a variety of problems.
It is not that our minds are not used enough.
The problem is deciding which people are best suited for detail work and which will be more affective being creative. The team that is most valuable will have members with the most diverse talents.
Once they find their niche they will no longer be wasting time on subjects they know nothing about.
Let things unfold naturally so a job could be learned, give it away if not suited for it and find the space to grow. Always repay with the knowledge you have learned.Protect and develop those who have helped you grow. Each is indistinguishable unto themselves.
It is the team as a whole that counts.
From start to finish short-run learning concepts are used to run long-run project. By moving an entire group to the next level ultimately they become responsible for finishing projects. Finally, all people should be realistic when reviewing their own success.
They should test and review their your finished projects. Identify their winning patterns, don't discount the "velocity of the change." Ultimately your own list of problems will become your list of opportunities.
You may be better off than you think you are.
