How I lost 45 Pounds +
Many times I tried reducing my weight.
I said to myself is a meal really worth
carring the weight. Try lifting that
amount and you cannot
believe that I could not carry that for long.
First it starts in the supermarket.
No soups,salt, sugar or sodas with
sugar substitutes. (if possible)
Fruit in the morning such as cherries
which also helps gout. This worked so
I went on a cherry diet for two weeks
with only one meal for lunch.
This was all an accident.
Eat less, take food home,
eat less at one time. Eat meat only
once a week.
Heart Attacks

The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with
their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time
we adopt their drinking habit while eating.
The weight went from 220 to 193 back
up and down.
Now 180 now179. 4/3/08
