Getting Started
One of our 8 rules is "CRAWL, WOLK, RUN", a series of tests in order to ramp up our marketing/media for your company.

You will be advised of your Joint Venture shared costs of each media and will confirm before the media is launched.
Preparation Stage (Stage 1)
1a. Web Sites / Portals / Authorize.Net
We have attached the portal form for you to complete for us to create a web portal for your company. We will edit and add our clubs and incentives/ benefits with your approval.
Fax the completed form to our offices to get the portal started.
1b. Online Animation
To access for free test, go to: https://www.sitepal.com/login You will be prompted for a login name and a password. Use the username and password that is assigned to you by IMC.
Follow the directions once logged in to setup your account. If you have any questions, please refer to the SUPPORT option on the top of the screen.
1c. Video linked to your website (netfomercial)
Produce a 20-minute digital video, and compress it digitally in MP3 format or Windows Media Format.
Burn the video on to a DVD.
Send the DVD to our offices, along with check for $100.
Once the video has been uploaded for streaming, we will email you with the link to the video for you to place on your web site.
1d. Our Clubs & Benefits (item 6) - incentives to customers
We will select and supply:

1e. Merchant banking
We have relationships established to provide merchant banking online for our Joint Venture that pays the partners/media the designated % approved by you.
Please see the attached form, complete it, and fax it to 215 887-7076 to set up your merchant account.
Crawl Stage (Stage 2)
Now that you are ready to begin receiving orders via our Joint Venture, we can begin the Crawl Stage. Please complete the following in order to start the Crawl Stage of our marketing.
2a. Banners, 800,000 web sites
Please prepare a 250x72 pixel banner, under 9k in file size. Could be GIF (animated or not) or JPEG format.
You may use our animation on the banner with a max of 50kb.

2b. Opt-in Emails
Please prepare email content in HTML format, with images referenced from an online web site
These can be as big or as long as you’d like and contain art/photos.. All emails should have an ORDER NOW link or button at the bottom of the email and the link should have tracking features to be able to track the orders generated from the email. info@berylsworld.com
Please include Heading (subject line) and your name when sending your email content.
State in your content that it is an advertising/promotion.
2c. Out2.com
12,000 online newspapers / your advertorial runs for 30-day test
Please prepare an advertorial (editorial that acts as an advertisement and direct response for your products or services), up to 10,000 characters.
This should be done as a Word or WordPerfect document

Please include a headline, subheading (longer headline).
2d. Live TV (QVC/Home Shopping Network /Shop@Home /America Store)
Please send me 6 product samples along with the following:
A description of the product.
Your current media plan / any place where the product is currently being sold.
You current annual sales volume.
You can mail this information to our office- 261 Old York Rd. Suite 930 Jenkintown, Pa 19046.
2e. Malls Online (Beryl’s World Mall of Malls)
Your products sold via a series of our malls we have on other sites.
Write a description of your product.
Include prices and commission to be paid to the sites for every sale they generate.
Email the information to info@berylsworld.com
2f. Pay-per-click Search Engines
Your web site is advertised on Google, Yahoo, Alta Vista, and more. Only pay for the visitors that come to your web site.
Write a 70-character description of your web site (2 lines, each with 35 characters).
Include a 25 character title.
Compile a list of search keywords, which you would like pointed to your web site.
Email the information to info@berylsworld.com
2g. Online Press Releases and Public Relations
Your news release, search engine optimized to drive the most traffic to your web site, sent to 100,000 news contacts around the globe, and added on GoogleNews, YahooNews, etc.
Prepare a short description of your products/services.
Include any keywords you would like highlighted in your press release.Email the information to info@berylsworld.com
2h. Radio Spot - Professional copy and MP3
We will write and produce a professional radio commercial.
Please submit the attached form to Christine Forrest at info@berylsworld.com to produce your 30-second or 60-second spot. (see item 3a)
2i. Catalogs
Attached is a catalog submission form for your product to be submitted for inclusion in 700+ catalogs.

When completed, please fax or email the form back Please allow 30-60 days for response.
2j. Reps (retail)
To take your product to retail stores via our Ultimate Rep Consortium
Complete the Ultimate Rep Consortium vendor profile.
Once completed, it will be submitted to our rep companies.
You will be notified which rep companies would like to speak with you.
Please allow 30 days for response.
2k. Magazine Ads
Submitted to our network of 79 magazines
Please prepare a 8.5"x11" and 5.5"x8.5" magazine ad.
These should be 300DPI high-resolution PDF files.
Make sure to embed all fonts.
Please burn these files to a CD and mail them into our offices in Jenkintown.
"Wolk" Stage (Stage 3)
3a. Radio Stations (800 radio stations)
See Item 2f above or prepare a 30 second and 60 second direct response commercial, with a dedicated 800 number connected to a call center. The 800-number should be repeated at least three times.
When completed, please send the final copy on CD in MP3 format to our offices in Jenkintown. Fill out the media submission.

3b. TV Stations (100 million TV households) and Infomercials where appropriate

Needed: a 30 second, 60 second, or 30 minute infomercial, with a dedicated 800# for each station and designated call center for tracking.

Please send a VHS and BETA version of the commercial to our offices in Jenkintown or we will produce the commercial for you.

Fill out the media submission forms and send to Christine Forrest.

Run Stage (Stage 4)

Roll out to our media listed above, after a series of tests on a P.I. basis and/or discounted media costs after our Stage 1 & 2 & 3 Tests.
